About the project

The residential complex “Sunway Suites” is a modern apartment hotel in the resort city of Batumi, which is being built 50 meters away from the coast. Public transport is actively running along Lech and Maria Kachinsky streets, represented by bus routes 2A, 10, 10A. You can use them to get to the airport, railway station, get to the central part of Batumi and get to the Botanical garden. Batumi airport is very close, just 2 km away. The distance to the railway station is 8 km.

Design feature
The residential complex SUNWAY Suites in Batumi is a 15-storey building that will feature 90 different apartments in size and characteristics. The architecture of the new building is modern, fully corresponding to the style of the surrounding building. The roof of the building is operated, with elements of landscaping and landscaped areas for recreation. Buyers of apartments will have access to the service offered by the 5-star hotel. About 500 m² of public spaces are planned in the building. What exactly will be located on them will become clear closer to the end of construction work.
