There is a public transport stop nearby, and a convenient exit onto the E70 highway allows you to move around the city and drive along the coast.

In the immediate vicinity of the Subtropic City residential complex there is a fast-food restaurant. A nautical school, a school, a hospital, and a dental clinic are also located nearby. A little further is the university, conservatory, park, and dolphinarium.

Features of the new building
The residential complex “Subtropic City” is a respectable nineteen-story building with a monolithic frame made of reinforced concrete. The new building has a unique facade, which was created using tinted glass. All ten entrances are faced with natural granite, and in each of them the developer installed two silent digital elevators.

Internal infrastructure
The landscaped courtyard is equipped with an open free parking lot, and security and video surveillance are organized. On the ground floor of the Subtropic City residential complex there are commercial premises intended for use as facilities of their own infrastructure. Landscaping works have been completed.
