About the project

The hotel-residential complex “Mega Palace” with a height of 31 floors was erected in the New part of Batumi, about three hundred meters from the sea. The total area of the complex is 15,900 square meters. LCD “Mega Palace” was built according to the original architectural design. From the first to the fifth floor there are commercial premises and a casino, and from the 6th to 12th level there are hotel rooms, on the thirteenth — a restaurant. Apartments are located on the fourteenth floor. The area of residential real estate ranges from 30.2 to 110.3 square meters.

Near the new building there are singing fountains on Lake Ardagani, McDonald’s, a gas station, many shops, cafes, restaurants, the House of Justice, and a water park. Next door is New Boulevard with playgrounds, amazing sculptures and installations by contemporary artists, light and music fountains, walking alleys, and bicycle paths.

The complex’s own infrastructure and service are at the highest level. There is a private pool, a solarium, a beauty salon, a fitness club, an entertainment center for children, and a night club for adults.
