About the project

The residential complex “Dar Residence” in Batumi is located in the heart of the resort, next to the circus, the conservatory and just six hundred meters away from the passenger ship terminal. The beach is a few minutes ‘walk away. There is a big variety of public transport in the area, and a cable car is located seven hundred meters away.  There are a lot of museums in the neighborhood, and the city hall is only a hundred and fifty meters away. There are various cafes, restaurants, cinema, banks and beauty salons nearby.  Two parks, the Batumi State University, the American Technical University, a school, the Drama theater and the New summer theater are within walking distance. 

 The residential complex “Dar Residence” fits perfectly into the surrounding ensemble, its appearance is perfectly combined with the exterior of neighboring buildings. The seven-storey comfortable house is constructed from environmentally friendly materials and in compliance with modern building standards.  According to the project, the building has high energy efficiency indicators, thanks to the facade, insulated and lined with decorative husk, as well as high-quality bricks. Energy-saving window glazing is performed.  At the entrance of the residential complex “Dar Residence” there are two lifts – a passenger and a cargo ones.

 The complex is equipped with an underground garage. Only commercial premises are located on the ground floor. Guest car parks are organized, trees are planted, and street lights are installed.
