About the project

The multifunctional residential complex Blue Sky Tower will be built in close proximity to the coast in Batumi. A 4-star hotel of a world brand will be located on its territory, and the upper floors will be given over to private apartments.

Blue Sky Tower in Batumi is a 36-storey building designed in a modern architectural style. The first 10 floors will be occupied by the Holiday Inn hotel, and above will be located private apartments that can be both an excellent investment and a convenient place to live.
