Architecture

Archi Akhmeteli consists of two sleek 26-story towers built with durable, earthquake-resistant monolithic frame technology. Walls are made from European Ytong energy-efficient blocks, reducing heat loss and cutting utility bills. The facades feature stylish contrasting HPL panels — one tower in white, the other in dark brown — with minimalist, modern architecture that stands out elegantly.

Both buildings have open balconies, panoramic windows, and glass balcony doors. The ground floors are reserved for commercial premises, making daily needs easily accessible.
