About the project

Aquamarine Residence is a new exclusive project by HGroup — a multifunctional residential complex located just 200 meters from the Batumi embankment, in the New Boulevard district. Within walking distance are a landscaped promenade, park, water park, the METRO CITY MALL shopping complex, and a children’s entertainment center. The apartments offer magnificent panoramic views of the sea and mountains, creating a harmonious atmosphere for a comfortable lifestyle.

All essential utilities—electricity, water, sewerage, and a gas pipeline—are connected directly to each apartment.
