About the project

We created the concept of the complex based on the requirements of modernity — a combination of urban, business, and IT environments and the availability of public spaces to strengthen good neighborly relations and create an intra-house community. Prime Residence is a house with a clear infrastructure to make your life here comfortable, and a co-working area that will be an alternative to traveling to the office.

We take into account the wishes of our residents who are looking for a comfortable place to relax and work without leaving home. This is the first club-type house for business and IT class.

You will feel safe: the territory of the house is under video surveillance, the concierge will not allow strangers into the yard, and the video intercom — to the house. The convenient location of the house immerses you in a unique natural landscape, providing an opportunity for relaxation and inspiration for work.
