About the project

The presentation of the Dreamland project took place in August 2014 at the Oasis Hotel. It was attended by Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Garibashvili and members of the government group.

The DREAMLAND OASIS project in Adjara is carried out with the participation of the largest European investment. The developer is the well-known Georgian company Resorts Development Solution, while the investment comes from an Austrian company.

We are also engaged in hotel business since 1997. We have vast experience in the construction, management of apartments and in the provision of services! In 2018, we won the European Property Award!

The cost of maintenance in our complex is $1 per square meter (in the case of an apartment with a garden + $0.75). This price includes:

• the protection of the territory,

• cleaning the adjacent territory of the house,

• cleaning the beach,

• reception,

• Internet,

• maintenance of the complex,

• and the use of several pools.

Also, I want to note that the infrastructure for the owners will be at bonus discounts.

We offer a turnkey apartment, with a complete European renovation in a classic style. Everything will go there, from furniture and equipment to accessories and interior items.

Let me remind you that the minimum cost of an apartment in our complex is from $70,000.

Our territory occupies 10 hectares and is located in an ecologically clean subtropical zone, in a picturesque place surrounded by eucalyptus trees, right on the shores of the Black Sea! We are located just 15 minutes from the city of Batumi. This was done on purpose, as we are an investment project, and suburban accommodation in Georgia is much more profitable!
