About the project

The residential complex “Old Street” is a new project by the developer DS Group. The new building combines several advantages that will undoubtedly be appreciated by apartment buyers.

Location
Construction is underway on V. Gorgasali Street, right in the center of Old Batumi. There are numerous landmarks and familiar places of the city nearby. Transport
Just over 1 km separates the new building from the Batumi Cable Car and the Sea Terminal. The distance to the bus station is only 1.5 km. The proximity of highways such as Chavchavadze Street and Gogebashvili Street makes it convenient to get around the city by car.

Architecture
The Old Street residential complex is a 14-story building that will be constructed using monolithic frame technology. The facades are planned to be finished with natural stone, which will emphasize the high status of the project and help it blend harmoniously into the existing architectural landscape. The developer also plans to use stained glass glazing with materials by the Saint-Gobain brand.

Landscaping
The courtyard area will be equipped with a video surveillance system and will be under round-the-clock security. A professional team of florists will maintain the landscaping. Parking is provided for residents’ cars.

Apartments
Old Street offers 1- to 3-room apartments with areas ranging from 45 to 101 square meters. They are delivered in a “white frame,” which includes:
